Charging with the Travel Charger

To begin charging your hearing aids using the Pure Portable Charger, place the hearing aids correctly in the designated slots. The LED indicators on the charger will provide visual feedback on the charging process:

  • Pulsating green LED: Hearing aids are being charged.

  • Solid green LED: Hearing aids are fully charged and ready to use.

  • No LED (off): One of the following may apply:

    • No hearing aids are in the charger.

    • Hearing aids are not correctly placed in the charger.

    • The charger is in hibernation mode or switched off.

After 7 seconds of inactivity, the charger’s LEDs will automatically enter hibernation mode to conserve energy. To check the current charging status, press the button on the charger.

For a quick recharge, if the battery level is below 20%, a 30-minute fast charge will provide at least 6 hours of additional wearing time without Bluetooth streaming. This feature makes sure you can quickly resume your day even when time is limited.
