Your Audiology Team
FOUNDER & CLINICAL AUDIOLOGIST
Dr. Tabitha Rossini
I have had many patients come to me over the years feeling defeated and disappointed after a series of bad experiences with hearing aids. Most had given up on the idea of being successful with amplification and threw in the proverbial towel (okay, hearing aids in this case).
By some miracle, they finally decided to a give it one more try. I love a challenge, so these are MY people. I truly love it when I get to work with someone who’s (deservingly) skeptical of results. Why?
When it’s done right, when we try multiple approaches to fitting, when we coach them through the process… the results are magic. Better hearing means better living. It’s that simple.

CLINICAL AUDIOLOGIST
Dr. Leslie Smelcer
I often meet new patients who are frustrated with the lack of personal care and help to find solutions that work. I love building a personal relationship with them so they can feel comfortable making decisions about their hearing.
My favorite moments are when I meet for a follow-up appointment and I’m greeted with huge smiles and excitement to tell me about how much better they are hearing.

CLINICAL AUDIOLOGIST
Dr. Skylar Kramer
Hearing challenges can seem scary at first, but they don't have to be. As an audiologist, I love helping my patients understand how we can help improve their lives.
Together, we start from the beginning and work through all the questions and worries they have about their hearing. By taking the time to create a special bond with each person I help, I make sure they feel comfortable and informed every step of the way.
It's amazing to see how better hearing can help people enjoy life more with their loved ones. I'm always excited to be there for my patients, from their first visit to our office and beyond.

Dr. Kathleen Stanford
Most people arrive feeling cut off and overwhelmed. Together we clear the noise, rebuild confidence, and bring back the voices and moments that matter: family dinners, phone calls, or maybe your grandchild’s laugh.
Every visit starts by listening to you. Not just to your hearing test, but to how you live, the sounds you miss, and the fears you carry. Then we choose solutions (hearing aids, habits, or simple communication tips) that fit your life instead of forcing you to fit the tech.
My favorite part of the job is your follow‑up visit: the smile that says, “I can hear my world again.” That smile is why I do this work.
