Set up the charger

  • Connect the charger to a power supply using the included USB cable.

  • The charger’s LEDs will blink green three times to indicate it is ready for use.

Insert your hearing aids

  • Place your hearing aids into the designated charging slots.

  • The devices will automatically snap into place and turn off when positioned correctly.

Charging status

  • The charger’s LEDs will pulsate green to indicate that the hearing aids are charging.

  • If the battery charge is below 20%, a 30-minute fast-charging cycle will start, providing at least 6 hours of additional wearing time (without Bluetooth streaming).

Full charge

  • A full charging cycle takes approximately 4 hours.

  • When the hearing aids are fully charged, the LEDs will remain solid green.

Ready to use

  • Remove your hearing aids from the charger. They will automatically turn on and be ready to wear.
